Leavenworth Wine Classic
The 2026 Leavenworth Wine Classic brought together wine, food, music, and community in support of Tierra Learning Center. JBe Marketing Group worked alongside Tierra as an extension of their team, helping bring the event to life from planning through execution. From vendor coordination to auction procurement, event communications, and day-of production, JBe managed the details behind the scenes to create a seamless experience for guests while supporting Tierra’s fundraising goals.
Event Planning & Production
JBe managed the event from planning through day-of execution, coordinating vendors, sponsors, auction logistics, setup and teardown, and the event run of show. Our team provided on-site management throughout the event to ensure everything stayed on track.
Auction & Sponsorship Coordination
We supported Tierra’s fundraising efforts through live and silent auction procurement, sponsorship outreach and coordination, and donor communications. Our team helped bring together sponsors, donors, and auction contributors to strengthen the event’s fundraising impact.
Event Marketing & Communications
We developed promotional materials and communications to build awareness and drive attendance, including email marketing, social media, print materials, and community outreach. Messaging helped connect the event back to Tierra Learning Center’s mission and its impact in the community.
Event Branding & Creative
In collaboration with Design Hovie Studios, JBe developed event-specific creative that complemented Tierra Learning Center’s existing brand identity. From signage and print collateral to the event catalog and guest-facing materials, each piece was designed to create a cohesive and polished experience.
Event Script & Run of Show
JBe wrote the event script and coordinated the run of show, helping guide the evening from start to finish and ensuring speakers, auction moments, entertainment, and transitions were organized and well executed.
Day-of Event Management
From setup and vendor coordination to guest experience and teardown, JBe provided on-site event management throughout the event. Working as an extension of Tierra’s team, we helped bring together sponsors, donors, volunteers, vendors, and attendees for a successful evening supporting Tierra Learning Center’s mission.
