Jennifer Bushong
Principal Owner, CEO
Jennifer Bushong has over 25 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies to local organizations in marketing, public relations, leadership, sales, and communications. She is known to manage teams and attain results.
Bushong has trained hundreds of marketing, public relations, and sales professionals from young executives to seasoned C-suite veterans in a variety of industries. Her work has been published in national trade magazines as well as regional newspapers. Her marketing strategies have captured multi-million dollars in business. Named as the "Business and Professional Woman of the Year" to venues nominee for "Woman of Influence", Bushong has a proven track record for success.
Bushong founded JB Marketing Group in 2001, now JBe, with intention to serve clients, create marketing campaigns and public relations strategies for regional businesses and national brands. Bushong earned a Master of Arts in Journalism with the concentration in public relations from Kent State University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.

Hovie Hawk
Hovie Hawk is the Owner and Creative Director at Design Hovie Studios. He has been working professionally in graphic design since 1993. A native of San Diego where he attended the Chula Vista School for the Creative and Performing Arts, he moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington in 1989 and graduated with degrees in Graphic Design and in Art.
After working for various firms in the Seattle area, Hovie opened Design Hovie Studios in 1998 and has grown the company into a firm with an international presence. In January of 2001, he opened the studios' Milan, Italy office and began a series of ongoing collaborations with Winsome Italia, Qwentes Italia, and Giorgio Galli and Partners. In 2021 Hovie moved the main studio from Seattle to Livingston, Montana where he currently lives.
In addition to his role as Creative Director at Design Hovie Studios, Hovie has worked as an Adjunct Instructor since 2008, at Seattle Pacific University and Cornish College of the Arts. He has been a featured speaker at various events, including serving as a keynote speaker at the Los Alamos National Laboratory for Interlab, presenting and serving as a judge at the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada - Vancouver Island Chapter, Rock Awards, and speaking at the University of Washington.
Hovie's work has been displayed at the Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, the Superbowl, the NBA finals, the Paris Air Show, the Rose Bowl, and the E3 Electronic Entertainment Expo. His awards include those from Web Design in Italy, Design and Design Paris, Logo Lounge, Neenah Paper, HOW Magazine, Design Rush, Bookbuilders West and the Southern California Exposition.
